Pro lifers: what do you plan to do with the growing population of unwanted children?

Pro-lifers ONLY want the children taken out of the womb alive...after that, the children become objects of the Pro-life conservatives scorn. They all become welfare kids draining society of it's resources, they are a welfare mom's assets, just a reason to get more welfare money. And if the baby is born in the USA to illegal immigrants these lovers of life known as Conservatives would grab that baby by the ankle and toss it over the border themselves...so they don't have to pay to feed it and give it medical care.
