Pro-Lifers: Would you support more gov't programs since most women that get abortions already have kids?

The only additional program I think we should have would be one which provided free birth control pills and condoms or tying a woman's tubes after having two illegitimate children. That would certainly cost less than abortions and monthly welfare benefits. Aside from that, no - we don't need any more programs than we already have. In fact, I think there should be a cap to the welfare benefit by not paying for more than two illegitimate children.
