How does Integrated river basin(IRBM) mgt and integrated water resources mgt(IWRM) differ or it is the same?
People are confused. some groups are advocating for Integrated River Basin and others IWRM. What I know is IWRM is a process on how a River Basin Organization will be managed...please clarify..thank you
