If the soul of an aborted baby goes straight to Heaven and the soul of someone who is born has a 50/50 chance?

God tells us to rejoice when a Christian dies, because he/ she shall surely be with the Lord in death, BUT God says "thou shalt not murder" which means we must follow His Law. Sure, babies that die go to heave, however, killing them is not how to do it.
