What can someone do with no GED or Highschool diploma?

My sister in law got pregnant at 16 and dropped out of high school her sophmore year. She told me that she wants to work, and as much as I tell her to go get her GED she puts it off. She is 18 now. She says that she is going to the local hotel and work as a maid, but I'm not sure. I'm a huge advocate of college and just recieved my bachelor's this past May, is there any school that will accept her? Maybe a tech school? Or is there anyone who knows what she should do? Her husband works three jobs and she stays home with the baby.
